I'm breaking all rules of business by sharing an unfinished web-site and taking time to put this together to make sure you benefit the most you can from being here. There's so much you can gain by using and learning Matrix Reimprinting and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and I want to ensure you can easily find your way around a wealth of interesting information.

Why do I focus on these two areas? Because I grew up in and married into the Forces and have lived with and come out the other side of both ME and effects of traumatic memories. I've supported many people make positive changes in the way they feel so they too learned to love life again.

Every person is unique and, in one-to-one sessions, I draw from my experience in EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and Picture Tapping Technique selecting which is most appropriate at any given time.
